City and state (or country if located outside the US)
The name of the person who we will contact about the accounts
Principal, Teacher, Business Manager...
Enter the email addresses for everyone who would like an account, including administrators. You will be able to select the administrators in the next step. You can separate them with a space, comma, or new line.
Purchase licenses now for accounts (not included above) that you'd like to add later.
Enter any additional information such as PO number.
